Registered Nurse - Maternal Fetal Medicine

Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Job Description

The Maternal Fetal Medicine unit is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse with strong experience in Labor and Delivery, particularly in high-risk situations. The unit consists of 10 beds and operates with a patient-to-staff ratio of 1:3-4. The staff includes both day and night shift Registered Nurses, along with Patient Care Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Assist with vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections
• Provide immediate newborn care
• Perform D&C and cerclage procedures
• Participate in C-Hyst procedures as needed

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have 2+ years of Labor and Delivery experience
• High-risk nursing experience is mandatory
• Current NRP and BLS/ALS certifications are required
• Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification preferred
