MFM Ultrasound Technician

This position involves a day shift schedule of 5x8-hour days, from 08:00 to 16:30.

Job Description

The MFM Ultrasound Technician will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound exams as part of maternal-fetal medicine care. The role requires strong technical skills and knowledge in various ultrasound procedures and techniques. The technician will work closely with healthcare providers and patients to ensure accurate diagnoses and care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ultrasounds for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimesters, including detailed anatomical surveys
• Perform specialized procedures such as amniocentesis and CVS sampling
• Utilize advanced equipment, especially Samsung 3D Ultrasound technology
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of ultrasound findings

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technician, preferably in maternal-fetal medicine
• Current certifications: BLS, ARDMS in OB/GYN, and NTS
• Familiarity with various ultrasound techniques and patient care protocols
