This position requires a night shift from 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM.

Job Description

The role involves providing essential healthcare services with a focus on patient care, safety, and compliance with organizational standards. Responsibilities will include various health evaluations and assessments as outlined in the credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments and evaluations.
• Administer treatments and medications per patient care protocols.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Completion of required vaccinations and health screenings including COVID-19 and Influenza.
• Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen clearance.
• MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella vaccinations.
• Current professional licensure verification.
• Criminal background check clearance.
