Job Description

The Healthcare Position requires various personal health history credentials, including but not limited to vaccinations and health screenings. Candidates must provide documentation for COVID-19 and MMR vaccines, as well as a Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen, Fit Test, and additional immunizations. Professional qualifications must include a completed Trinity Education Verification, Criminal Background Check, and System Access Form.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with health history documentation requirements.
• Ensure all professional qualifications are verified and up-to-date.
• Complete necessary competency testing and evaluations.
• Follow safety protocols and conduct required health screenings.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• COVID-19 Vaccine (required for onboarding)
• MMR vaccination documentation
• Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen clearance
• Hepatitis B vaccination verification
• Fit Test certification
• 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) documentation
• Licensure verification and required competencies as per Trinity guidelines
