Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation

Job Description

Join our state-of-the-art inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced severe injuries or illnesses. As a Registered Nurse in our Rehabilitation department, you will provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey, focusing on maximizing health, function, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Administer medications and monitor patient vitals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized recovery plans.
• Offer support and education to patients and their families regarding rehabilitation processes.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Schedule

This position offers a day shift schedule from 06:45 to 19:15, with weekend hours required every other weekend.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license and BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in rehabilitation or med-surg settings.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
