Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse

Days (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM) with rotating weekends.

Job Description

The Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care in a Med Surg setting. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, administering medications, coordinating care plans, and collaborating with medical staff to ensure effective treatment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and formulate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Document patient care activities and communicate effectively with medical teams.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license.
• Certification in NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS is required.
• Experience in Med Surg nursing.
• Permanent address must be located 50 miles or more from the facility.
