Schedule

12-hour day shifts from 06:30 to 19:00 with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Two weekend shifts are required within a two-week pay period.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in a Med Surg setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering medications, performing patient assessments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Monitor and manage patient conditions, including vital signs and symptoms.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• At least 2 years of nursing experience in a Med Surg setting.
• Current RN license in the state of Washington.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Experience with EKG/Cardiac Monitoring and medication titration preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR), specifically Paragon (McKesson), is a plus.
