Job Description

The Occupational Therapist will provide evaluation, treatment planning, and intervention services to patients primarily in a Med/Surg setting, with occasional assignments in Acute Rehab. The role involves maintaining patient records, advocating for patient needs, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals.
• Assist patients in improving their ability to perform daily activities.
• Document patient progress and modify treatments as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state required.
• Preferred experience level: Will consider new graduates with relevant clinical affiliations.
