Healthcare Position - Contract Role

Schedule

Mostly day shift from 06:30 AM to 03:00 PM, depending on departmental needs. Call requirement is 10-12 days a month.

Job Description

This is a healthcare position requiring completion of various vaccinations and screenings for onboarding. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with professional and personal health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete required vaccinations, including COVID-19, MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and Hepatitis B.
• Obtain Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen and 2 Step PPD or IGRA.
• Verify various professional credentials and complete necessary training.
• Maintain compliance with training and background check requirements.
• Complete Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and Skills Checklist.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Successful candidates must meet all licensure and certification requirements relevant to the role, including but not limited to:

• Trinity License/Certificate Verification
• Trinity Code of Conduct Form
• Criminal Background Check

This is a 13-week contract position.
