Night shift: 4x10s, Monday-Thursday, 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM (with holiday rotation)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled General Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at a Magnet-designated, teaching hospital. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in abdominal Doppler imaging, renal transplant, and liver transplant procedures. This role requires proficiency in imaging within a large hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound examinations in accordance with established protocols.
• Ensure quality imaging and patient safety during procedures.
• Collaborate with medical staff to determine necessary imaging procedures.
• Assist in training new staff and participate in departmental quality assurance activities.

Required Experience / Certifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in abdominal Doppler imaging.
• BLS certification required.
• ARDMS or ARRT (S) certification required.
• Experience in renal and liver transplant imaging preferred.
