Schedule

AM shifts, 5 days a week, working 8-hour shifts totaling 40 hours/week. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM, with flexible scheduling options available.

Job Description

Join a family-friendly outpatient orthopedic clinic located in southeast Tucson, where clinicians provide 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up sessions to a diverse patient population, including high school athletes and active older adults. You will have access to a purpose-built AI documentation scribe to streamline clinical documentation and enhance patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients with various orthopedic conditions.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Provide hands-on therapy interventions and educate patients on self-management strategies.
• Manage an active patient caseload of 25-30, with an expectation of 12-13 visits per day.
• Collaborate with support staff, including front desk personnel and rehab aides, to ensure optimal patient flow and care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

A minimum of 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience is required. New graduates will not be considered for this position.
