Job Description

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a 13-week assignment. The COTA will provide quality care and therapy interventions to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing therapy plans designed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Engage patients in therapeutic activities that promote rehabilitation and enhance daily living skills.
• Monitor patient progress and document outcomes for the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Provide support and guidance to patients and their caregivers throughout the therapy process.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
