CT Technologist Position

Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM

Job Description

The CT Technologist will be responsible for performing complex imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort. The position requires collaboration with healthcare professionals and adherence to clinical protocols. This role will involve handling technical aspects of CT scans and assisting in patient care as necessary, including pediatric, trauma, and cardiac cases. The technologist will also participate in call shifts and holiday scheduling as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Maintain proper operation of imaging equipment.
• Follow established protocols and procedures rigorously.
• Participate in call shifts and be flexible for scheduling needs, including holidays.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months of CT Technologist experience, with recent activity within the last 12 months.
• Active Arizona Department of Health Services CT license.
• Active ARRT certification from an approved vendor.
• Active BLS certification from an approved vendor.
• No hits on state license to practice.
• Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI.
• Travel experience is highly preferred.
