Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Perioperative Registered Nurse (RN) with CNOR certification to provide exceptional patient care in the operating room. This role requires effective communication with surgical teams and adherence to established nursing practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care to patients.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs as per protocol.
• Assist with surgical procedures and provide first assist as required.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of current experience in a perioperative setting.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Active and valid Massachusetts RN license.
• Current CNOR certification.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience with Meditech Expanse is highly preferred.
• Must have a vehicle for transportation to the facility.
