Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Surgical team. The RN will be responsible for integrating collaborative care planning for individual patients and implementing nursing standards in the processes of care. Charge nurse experience is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient ratio of 6:1.
• Oversee and provide guidance to nursing staff, including 2 LNA's and a Nurse Lead.
• Utilize EPIC as the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
• Integrate and execute customized care plans for patients.
• Ensure compliance with nursing regulations and standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of current Medical Surgical experience.
• Charge nurse experience is required.
• EPIC EMR experience is highly preferred.
• Active New Hampshire RN license or Compact license must be uploaded with profile.
• Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Local travelers are not eligible for this position.
• Traveler must have their own vehicle.
• Any requested time off (RTO) must be included in the profile.
