Registered Nurse - Night Shift Contract

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Scheduled for 36 hours per week following the first full week of orientation. Must be flexible to work various shift lengths and days.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide essential care in a medical unit, collaborating closely with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care. This position requires a willingness to float to various units as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and overall health status.
• Utilize Meditech EMR, pyxis, wound vac, and chest tubes effectively.
• Participate in patient care planning and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2-10 years of nursing experience required.
• Active Hawaii RN license is mandatory by the start of the assignment.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Proof of flu vaccination or approved exemption must be submitted prior to contract start date.
