Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg Telemetry unit, delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will possess strong telemetry experience and a commitment to excellence in patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in a medical-surgical telemetry environment.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, documenting changes and responding to patient needs efficiently.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans.
• Assist with patient education and self-management strategies for chronic conditions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required.
• Must hold a valid Permanent Ohio nursing license or a compact state license in hand.
• Current BLS & ACLS certifications are mandatory.
• References from a supervisor, manager, or director in the specialty applying for are required.
