Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a position in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience working in this specialized field to provide exceptional care to critically ill newborns.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to neonates in the NICU.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate families regarding care processes and patient needs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of recent NICU experience.
• Permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license required at time of submission.
• Active AHA BLS certification required.
• One supervisory reference in the specialty required for submission.
