Schedule

Shifts will be a mix of 8/10/12 hour rotating shifts, with a total of 36 hours per week. The dialysis unit is open Monday to Saturday from 0600 to 2000. Flexibility with shifts and times is required, including working every other Saturday.

Job Description

We are seeking a Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our outpatient dialysis team. The position involves providing care to chronic outpatient dialysis patients, ensuring high standards of patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer dialysis treatments to outpatient clients.
• Monitor patient vitals and conditions during treatment.
• Document patient care and progress in electronic medical records (EPIC).
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding dialysis care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license required.
• EPIC experience within the past 2 years is mandatory and non-negotiable.
• BLS certification required.
• Reliable transportation is essential as public transportation is not accessible.
