Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, have strong communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care following individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patient health status.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance patient outcomes.
• Document patient care and communicate effectively with other healthcare providers.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current certifications as required by healthcare standards.
• Experience in critical care or similar settings preferred.
