CT Tech - Travel Position

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CT Tech to join our team on a travel contract. The successful candidate will have substantial experience in an acute care setting, particularly with GE 64 slice scanners and Epic charting systems. The position involves working within a Level 3 trauma facility and requires direct patient care within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Perform various CT imaging procedures as required.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging processes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using Epic.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed for optimal patient care.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT certification in CT and BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent patient care experience in an acute care facility.
• Proficient in using GE scanners.
• Experience with Epic charting system.
• Must have a valid Oregon State OBMI prior to start.
• Ability to float between facilities if required.
