Radiologic Technologist - Mammography

Day 4x10-Hour shifts, 08:00 - 18:00.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Radiologic Technologist specialized in Mammography to perform various imaging procedures. The candidate should be skilled in conducting screening and diagnostic mammograms, as well as biopsy procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience with specific charting systems and work efficiently in a hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms.
• Conduct stereotactic biopsies and needle localizations.
• Utilize PACS and Epic charting systems to record procedures and patient data.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain equipment as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid ARRT (R) certification.
• Experience in conducting a variety of mammography procedures.
• Minimum of 1 year of previous charge experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Epic and PACS systems is an asset.
• Must be willing to float between facilities if required.
• Must be able to work during at least 2 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.
• Valid California Licensure is required.
