Job Description

Join a top-ranking trauma telemetry unit, recognized for delivering high clinical quality and patient safety. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide care for patients requiring telemetry monitoring in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs.
• Utilize telemetry equipment to monitor patients' cardiac status.
• Prepare patients for procedures such as Endoscopy, IR, and OR.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Ensure patient safety and compliance with hospital guidelines.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of North Carolina.
• BLS certification required.
• Prior experience in medical telemetry preferred.
• Charge Nurse experience and BSN are encouraged but not mandatory.
