ICU RN - Trauma, Surgical, and Neurological Patients

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care for trauma, surgical, and neurological patients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position involves working 36 hours per week within a dynamic healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Implement and evaluate patient care plans while ensuring compliance with hospital standards.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as per orders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have a valid RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience is required with a focus on trauma, surgical, and neurological patients.
• Previous travel nursing experience is mandatory.
• Competency testing is required prior to placement.

Schedule

This position operates on a 7P - 7:30A shift. Full-time commitment is required, with the possibility of floating to other units as needed.
