Job Description

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, assess patient needs, and implement nursing plans.
• Monitor patient health status and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to evaluate patient progress.
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and health practices.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications as relevant to specialty may be necessary.
