Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for our Medical-Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, collaborating effectively with healthcare teams, and ensuring the best patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients with a variety of medical-surgical conditions.
• Monitor patient health and implement care plans under the direction of the clinical coordinators.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapies.
• Assist with medical procedures and technical tasks as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using Meditech.
• Engage in effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Experience in Medical-Surgical nursing required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong teamwork, compassion, collaboration, and communication skills are essential.
