Shift: Weekly Monday Orientations from 19:00 to 07:00

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Med-Surg unit. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Med-Surg nursing. This role requires effective teamwork and a commitment to patient care, ensuring positive outcomes for our diverse adult and geriatric population.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient assessments and care.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Document patient information and care activities accurately in the EHR (Meditech).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Med-Surg nursing.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Ability to float to other units as necessary.
