Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Renal/Nephrology Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care within a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in the care and management of patients with renal conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop tailored care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, specifically in renal/nephrology.
• Must hold an active NY State Registered Nurse license.
• Travel nursing experience is preferred.
