Registered Nurse (RN) - Evening Shift - 13 Week Contract

This position is scheduled for evening shifts from 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a 13-week contract. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, demonstrating adherence to best practices and clinical protocols.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient health and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized patient care plans.
• Provide education to patients and families on health management.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license valid in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Completion of the Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing.
• Up-to-date vaccinations including COVID-19 vaccination, Hepatitis B, Varicella, MMR, and two-step PPD or IGRA.
• Pass a Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen.
