Registered Nurse - Day Shift

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shifts are available from 07:00 AM to 05:30 PM, with options for 10-hour shifts (0700-1730) or 8-hour shifts (0800-1630). No weekends, on-call, or holidays required.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting, ensuring adherence to best practices and effective communication with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and manage patient care.
• Administer medications and monitor patient reactions.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (EHR) using EPIC.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Must submit to a Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen.
• Compliance with health history requirements including vaccinations and physical health statements.
