Job Description

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and manage patient care.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor patients' vitals and document any changes in their condition.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding health management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of North Carolina.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
