Occupational Therapist (OT)

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shifts may vary and include weekend days, typically 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with five days a week. Candidates should expect to float between a Level I and Level III Trauma hospital.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist with multi-specialty acute knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess a working knowledge of trauma care within 600+ bed and 200+ bed hospitals and demonstrate flexibility in their working environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using established therapeutic techniques.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans according to patient needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months of Occupational Therapy experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months.
• Active Arizona license to practice occupational therapy.
• No hits on state license to practice.
• Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI.
• Travel experience is highly preferred.
