07:00 AM - 07:00 PM, 3 shifts per week. Must be available to work 1-2 days or evenings during winter holidays.

Job Description

Join our Labor and Delivery team, providing comprehensive care to expectant mothers and newborns. You will work with a dedicated staff in a community hospital environment, known for its significant growth and commitment to quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform cervical exams, IUPC and FSE placements, and facilitate vaginal deliveries.
• Start IVs, conduct lab draws, and manage circulating and recovering cesarean sections.
• Utilize advanced pain management techniques, including nitrous oxide therapy and epidural analgesia.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including MDs and CNMs, to ensure optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience, with at least one travel contract preferred.
• Current certifications: NRP, ACLS, BLS, and AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and support clinical guidelines.
