Physical Therapist - Outpatient and Inpatient Coverage

Schedule

Day 4x10-Hour shifts from 07:00 AM to 04:00 PM, with rotating weekends (less than once per month).

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a mixed role covering both outpatient and inpatient services. The position involves a patient load primarily consisting of general degenerative conditions, post-surgical cases, workers' compensation, and trauma cases across all ages, typical of a rural clinic setting. Certified therapists may perform some wound care.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions tailored to individual patient needs.
• Document patient progress and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid State License (required at time of submission).
• Minimum of 2 years experience in physical therapy.
• References required from the last 2 years in specialty.
