Registered Respiratory Therapist

Job Description

The Respiratory Therapy team provides treatment and diagnostic patient care services to both critical and non-critical patients across all age groups. Utilizing evidence-based techniques related to the cardiopulmonary system, our focus is to deliver exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory care treatments to patients in various settings.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations related to the cardiopulmonary system.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current registration by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC-RRT) required upon submission.
• Current state of Oregon Respiratory Care License required upon submission.
• Healthcare Provider BLS certification required.
• Two (2) years of clinical experience in Respiratory Care preferred.
• Current ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required.

Schedule

Shift: Varies, with rotating weekends.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
