MRI Technologist

Schedule

This position requires working three 12-hour shifts per week, specifically on Saturday from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, Sunday from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, and one additional weekday shift.

Job Description

The MRI Technologist will work as part of a healthcare team in a dynamic Level 1 trauma hospital environment. Responsibilities include performing magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and maintaining high-quality imaging standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MRI examinations using Siemens 1.5T or 3T and Philips equipment.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of patients throughout the imaging process.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a level 1 trauma hospital setting.
• Experience with Siemens (Aera/Sola/Skyra/Vida) and Philips MRI technology.
• Current ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification along with BLS certification (AHA).
