Floating MRI Technologist

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Monday to Friday with various shift options: 5x8's (12:30 PM - 9:00 PM), 4x10's (10:30 AM - 9:00 PM), or 3x12's (8:30 AM - 9:00 PM). Weekend shifts on Saturdays may be required from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Job Description

The Floating MRI Technologist will perform high-quality MRI examinations under general supervision, ensuring adherence to established protocols for patient populations. The role involves working primarily at the West Ashley location and occasionally at the North Charleston location as a Mobile MRI Tech.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations in accordance with established protocols.
• Ensure the highest quality of diagnostic imaging for physician interpretation.
• Float between West Ashley and North Charleston locations as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the radiology team to provide patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2+ years of MRI experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification required. State licensure not required.
• Radiation badge must be provided by the agency; facility does not provide badges.
