Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Assignment Duration

This is a 10-week contract position with a firm end date of 10/10/2023.

Schedule

Shifts consist of 4 × 12-hour shifts per week, totaling 48 hours/week. Every other weekend is required, with call expected every three weeks.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with exemplary experience in Labor and Delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-risk births, telemetry, and circulating c-sections. There will be an expectation to respond to call-ins promptly.

Responsibilities

• Circulate and assist in cesarean deliveries.
• Monitor telemetry and respond to high-risk situations effectively.
• Provide patient care during labor and delivery, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure best outcomes for mothers and infants.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license.
• Previous experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Experience with high-risk deliveries and telemetry required.
