Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shifts are as follows:

• Friday: 9:00 AM - 9:30 PM
• Saturday: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Sunday: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Call and holidays are required.

Job Description

The MRI Technologist will perform magnetic resonance imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort. The technologist will also be responsible for maintaining equipment and assisting radiologists in producing high-quality images.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans in accordance with established protocols
• Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after procedures
• Maintain MRI equipment and ensure it is functioning correctly
• Assist radiologists in producing diagnostic images

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
• Certification by the American Registry of Radiology Technologist (ARRT) in MRI or by the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT)
• Certification by the Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification Board (NMTCB) and ARRT-MR, or ARMRIT
• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Radiologic Technology
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study is preferred
