Job Description

This position requires a dedicated healthcare professional with experience in patient care. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide exceptional services and ensure the highest standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care and support.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Oregon state license.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
• Completion of necessary drug screening and health exams.
• Compliance with organizational conduct and security agreements.
