Nights - 12HR: 7 PM - 7:30 AM with weekends and holidays as assigned

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to adults in an acute inpatient setting. As part of a new state-of-the-art Behavioral Health Hospital, you will be responsible for managing the mental health treatment of our patients in a supportive and therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults with mental health and behavioral disorders.
• Administer medications and manage treatment through the Pyxis system.
• Document patient care via Epic charting.
• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy as needed.
• Maintain safety protocols and support therapeutic interventions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Behavioral Health nursing.
• Active RN license in Michigan at the time of application.
• Certification in handling patients with care is preferred.
• Ability to float between units when requested.
