Night Shift Nursing Position

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

7 PM to 7 AM, 36 hours per week with weekend and holiday rotations.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care during nighttime shifts. This role involves closely monitoring patients, administering medications, and coordinating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient vital signs and overall health status
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist in patient assessments and care planning
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license
• Previous nursing experience preferred
• Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS)
