Nights (1900-0730) rotating weekends

Job Description

The Hospice teams provide compassionate support to patients and their families during the final stages of illness. The inpatient facility offers a range of services including symptom management, respite care, and skilled nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and pain management.
• Administer medications and manage symptoms effectively.
• Collaborate with medical social services and counseling teams.
• Support patients' spiritual and emotional needs.
• Work closely with hospice aides and trained volunteers.
• Offer bereavement support to families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN Licensure required.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required.
• BSN and/or previous Home Health/Hospice or case management experience preferred.
• Prior broad-based nursing experience for specialized skills in Hospice Nursing preferred.
