Job Description

Join our team as an Outpatient Physical Therapist, where you will provide exceptional care to a mixed patient population. Our facility emphasizes a patient-centered approach, ensuring comfort and satisfaction in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 60-minute evaluations and 40-minute follow-ups without double booking or overlapping patients.
• Focus on creating and executing individualized treatment plans and therapy interventions.
• Maintain a productivity goal of 70% (approximately 2.7 units per hour, weighted by evaluation complexity).
• Utilize NetHealth/Redoc EMR for patient record management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Experience working with a diverse outpatient patient population preferred.
