Interventional Radiology Technologist

Schedule

This position requires a schedule of Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with additional call as needed.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to assist in performing angiography examinations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various procedures including line placements, angiograms, kyphoplasty, and percutaneous nephrostomy exams, as well as familiarity with GE Innova equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing angiography examinations and related interventional procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.
• Collaborate with physician and nursing staff to optimize patient care.
• Maintain and operate radiology equipment effectively.
• Participate in departmental quality control and assurance programs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Registered Technologist (RT) certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Proven experience in interventional radiology and related procedures.
• Familiarity with GE Innova equipment.
