Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Nights

Night shift: 4x12-Hour (18:30 - 07:00)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Medical Surgical unit, working night shifts. The position offers a dynamic environment with a nurse to patient ratio of 1:6, allowing for focused patient care within a 32-bed unit.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established policies.
• Utilize Epic charting for maintaining accurate patient records.
• Participate in rapid response team activations.
• Provide care for patients requiring blood product administration, central line management, and wound care.
• Engage in interdisciplinary support services including physical therapy and respiratory services.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1 year of recent nursing experience in a medical-surgical setting.
• BCLS certification required; CPI preferred.
• Experience with blood product administration, hemodialysis management, and acute patient care.
