Physical Therapist

Location

The position is located in East Valley, AZ.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with weekend hours required (one weekend shift per month).

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing specialized care for patients with neurological conditions, spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, and other physical impairments. The therapist will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to create individualized treatment plans designed to help patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs and develop individual treatment plans.
• Assist patients in regaining mobility and independence.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and exercises.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Arizona.
• 2-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on adult rehabilitation preferred.
• Ability to float to the Gilbert location if needed due to census.
