MedSurg RN - Night Shift

Night shift, 4x12-hours (19:01 - 07:00) covering weekdays and weekends.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified MedSurg RN to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage acute medical-surgical patients in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality care and exhibiting adaptability in complex situations. The nursing staff values teamwork, compassion, and evidence-based practice to ensure safe patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for acute medical-surgical patients.
• Manage and monitor patient ratios of 1:5-7.
• Administer medications and perform nursing interventions as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient needs.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of patient care protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required.
• BCLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications required.
• WV or Compact RN License required; pending license accepted for submission.
