Registered Respiratory Therapist - Nights (PICU/NICU/Adult)

3x12-Hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist with strong experience in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) settings. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to work competently with patients of all age groups, including adults, in various respiratory therapy settings, such as emergency rooms and intensive care units.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care respiratory therapy for patients across mixed age levels, including neonates and adults.
• Monitor and manage ventilator settings and respiratory status for ventilated patients.
• Conduct assessments and interventions in accordance with protocols, including high-frequency jet ventilation and nitric oxide therapy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care in various units as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of experience preferred, with strong PICU/NICU experience.
• Licensure: Active MD or Compact RN license.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, RRT.
• Experience with all age groups is mandatory.
