Job Description

The Per Diem Nuclear Medicine Technologist will perform a range of imaging procedures and ensure quality patient care. The role involves working collaboratively in a healthcare setting, adhering to protocols and safety regulations, while providing excellent service to patients and the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures.
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients.
• Ensure accurate patient identification and data collection.
• Maintain imaging equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current certification and state licensure as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
• Knowledge of imaging procedures and safety standards.
• Current certifications, including American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Nuclear Medicine preferred.
• Completion of required health history documentation, including vaccinations.
